I am a client of Eric Broser and he is currently training/coaching me in my first ever body building contest coming up in July. Eric turned me on to Skinny Beef immediately when we started working together and boy am I happy about that!! I love the red meat but we all know it tends to be high in fat. But this stuff is ridiculously low in fat and tastes amazing!!! I ordered my first order and it showed up 2 days later all the way on the east coast. I cooked up two pounds as soon as it thawed out and there was literally just droplets of fat! And still it was delicious!
